Launch Packages:

We’ll work closely together over 6 - 8 weeks to turn your dream of launching a podcast into a reality! (A shorter timeline is available if required)

Currently booking launches for 2024!

OPTION 1: The Essentials Package $1500

• Kick-off Call (60 mins) - I give you all the information, tips, and tricks to get you organized and your podcast up and running

• Access to a customized and personalized ClickUp board checklist to keep everything organized and on time for your launch date!

• Intro and Outro Creation - I edit and mix both your intro and outro with music (I’ll guide you on where to purchase your music)

• Trailer Creation - I edit and mix your trailer episode. This will be your very first episode and is a short summary/description of your podcast and usually less than 2 minutes in length.

• Set up your podcast/media host (eg. Libsyn, Buzzsprout) and create your RSS Feed

• Submit your podcast to podcast players including Apple Podcasts, Spotify, etc.

• Unlimited support via Slack Monday-Friday and up to 30 days after launch

• Post-production of the first 3 episodes that will be published on launch day, including:

  • Audio editing

  • Make you sound professional and natural by editing for conversation flow, removing long pauses, stumbles, coughs, and distracting sounds

  • Reducing/removing noise and echo

  • Equalizing audio levels of different speakers to make your podcast easier to listen to

  • Mixing - adding intro, outro, music, and ads (if applicable)

  • Uploading and scheduling episodes to podcast/media hosting service

• Support including how to record your interviews, email templates for pitching guests, templates for how to structure your episodes, and everything you need to know to get started. I hold your hand along the entire way!

OPTION 2: The Everything Package $1850 (Most Popular)

All of the good stuff in Option 1: The Essentials Package, PLUS:

• Captivating show notes/episode descriptions that summarize each episode in 2 to 3 short paragraphs with episode details, guest bio, and relevant links.

  You can also repurpose these show notes in social media posts to promote your new episodes!

• Ready-to-use social media assets for marketing and promo, including:

  • 2 x Social media quote graphics for each episode (total of 6) - A quote from your podcast episode that is made into a square social media graphic that is ready for posting to your social media accounts to promote your episode

  • 1 x Audiogram for each episode (total of 3) - A sound bite from your podcast episode with a waveform that you can use to promote your podcast on social media

  • 1 x Audiogram for your trailer episode - Great for promoting your new show!

    OR

  • 1 x Reels-ready video for each episode (includes captions on video) if you select a video add-on (total of 3)

  • 1 x Audiogram for your trailer episode

Video Add-On $650

Want to add video to your launch package? This is the perfect way to take advantage of YouTube’s huge search engine and get more ears and eyes on your new podcast! You record, pass the video to me and I’ll edit and post it to YouTube for you. This add-on includes the video editing and production for your trailer episode and your first 3 episodes for launch day.
